A Dedicated VA is an individual assigned to work closely with you on a one-to-one basis to manage the tasks you delegate.

What mode of payments are available?

We primarily accept online payments through paypal.
Bank to Bank and wire transfer payment options are also available if requested.

When do I get billed?

You will be billed in advance at the start of each calendar month.

Do unused hours roll over the following month?

Unused hours do not rollover or accumulate nor are they refundable. It is best to keep your Dedicated VA busy with tasks to perform during the term of your plan.

Will my Dedicated VA be working on the weekend?

Your Dedicated VA works regular office hours. Monday through Friday. However, you can submit your tasks at any time, day or night, weekday or weekend and your Dedicated VA will start working on them on the following business day.
