Requirements

  • College diploma
  • Bachelor of arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
  • Owns a PC or Laptop
  • Owns a 2mbps internet connection

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken english
  • Proficiency in the use of office applications : MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint (or equivalent)
  • Internet Savvy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Transcription
  • Encode entries on a database
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Oragnize personal and business contacts, files and records
  • Oragnize and answer emails
  • Update social media channels (i.e Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct internet research and data mining
  • Schedule and effect updates on blog/website.

Experience that will impress

  • Experience with CMS / blogging platforms (i.e wordpress, joomla etc.)
  • Experience with Graphic Editing Softwares (i.e Adobe Photoshop, GIMP etc.) 
  • Experience with Google Apps (i.e. Google docs, Google drive)
